Siding Contractors in Metairie, LA
Jefferson Parish homes, from Old Metairie’s older stock to the post-war subdivisions — sided by a crew based ten minutes away.
Siding in Metairie, Jefferson Parish
Metairie sits in Jefferson Parish, immediately west of New Orleans, and it is one of the areas we work in most often. Old Metairie, River Ridge and the neighbourhoods around them cover a wide range of ages and construction types.
That range is the point. An Old Metairie home and a 1960s subdivision house need different conversations about material, moisture detailing and cost — and we would rather have that conversation on site than quote from a photograph.
We work here from our New Orleans office on Magazine Street. There is no separate Metairie branch, which we would rather say plainly than imply otherwise.

What Metairie Homes Deal With
The conditions that most often drive siding work in this part of Jefferson Parish.
Post-war subdivisions reaching replacement age. A great deal of Metairie housing is now at the point where original siding is due.
Humidity and heavy rain. Flashing and moisture barrier detail is what keeps water out of the wall.
Termite pressure is a well-known regional issue, and it steers many homeowners toward non-timber materials.
Storm damage. Wind-lifted or cracked panels are one of the most common reasons Metairie homeowners call.
